A purebred dog or puppy is eligible for ADR registration. When you
purchase a dog said to be ADR-registrable,
you should get an individual Registration Application from the seller.
Once the application has been completed, you should submit it to
the ADR. In about twenty one to twenty eight days, you
will receive your dog's ADR Registration Certificate.
Filling Out the Application
The Registration Application must be filled out jointly by the litter
owner and the new owner of the dog or present owner the breeder
of the dog must fill out the following:
A VET verification letter of pure breed. (If a dog or puppy has not

Color and markings of dog
Date of birth
Name and address of present owner
The new owner of the dog must fill out following, including:

Failure to properly complete the application will result in processing
delays. When the application has been received and processed by
